Our programs

Three ways to step outside, at the pace that fits you.

Every program is trauma-informed, sensory-aware, and led by trained guides. You choose what feels right — and you can change your mind at any point, on any day.

Ridge Days

Half-day guided walks on accessible trails, capped at eight people with a one-to-two support ratio. The pace is unhurried, the route is chosen for calm, and there's always a quiet way back. No pressure to talk, keep up, or explain yourself.

Long Weekends

Two-to-three night expeditions for those ready to push a little further — coasts, fells, and quiet water. We carry less, sleep under canvas, and let the rhythm of a few days do what a single afternoon can't. With plenty of room to turn back.

The Circle

A monthly community day outdoors for peers, families and supporters — not just participants. Bring whoever you like, or come alone. It's a place to belong without having to perform it, with food, fire and no agenda.
